The Imeretian cheese-making tradition has a huge history. Among many different kinds of cheese, the most popular are Sulguni, Tushuri Guda cheese, and Imeretian soft cheese. Imeretian cheese is derived from cow milk and is special for its rich taste. After the process of preparing cheese, special liquid remains which can be boiled and another delicious milk product _ “Nadughi” prepared. "Nadughi" is usually flavored with mint and tarragon.
