This dish is regarded as the delicacy of Imeretian cuisine. Roasted chicken is immersed in the sauce which is made of the blackberry paste mixed with unripe grape juice, garlic, pepper, and coriander. All the tastes and smell of Imeretian summer are united in one dish.
